Early Childhood Lead Director
Lead Director
Be an Early Childhood Lead Director!
Leads are essential to the running of the Director Network. As a Lead Director, you will grow your facilitation and leadership skills, while providing professional development and support to directors across New Mexico.
You will receive ongoing training with time to collaborate with expert peers and fellow lead directors as well as professional support in a vibrant network of early childhood leaders.
As a member of the Early Childhood Networks Leadership Team, you will receive a generous stipend for a variety of duties, including the facilitation of eight monthly meetings with directors, using a community of practice, cohort-based model.
Serving as a lead for the Director Network is a part-time job that requires roughly 5-15 hours per week. We are always seeking bilingual leads!
"Participation in the Director Network has provided me with an opportunity to be a part of a community of practice with fellow ECE Directors who have similar goals, issues, concerns, and motivations. The work we do as Directors can often feel isolation and overwhelming, therefore, it's critical to have a peer group that can support our work and profession by sharing information, skills, and ideas."
