Join the Director Network!

We are a collaborative group of preschool and childcare center directors. Our network provides professional development, networking, community, and support for early childhood center leaders and directors from across New Mexico.

"Since its inception, our Director’s network has provided a space for those of us in leadership positions to meet with others in our positions, to talk about and work through challenges that reflect the similarities, rather than the differences in the centers we run.

The network has grown from local to statewide and at the same time, into smaller cohorts that support “small group” conversations. This has allowed us to create trusted relationships with our peers, and the benefits have been invaluable.

In every aspect of early childhood, from infant to adult, we are lifelong learners. And from infant to adult, it takes a village. And the network is a beautiful village."

Applications Open: April 1 – July 31. Mid-year applications are accepted December 1 – 15.

Virtual meetings Begin: September

Applications will open again December 1 – 15.

All early childhood center directors with any level of experience and education are encouraged to apply.
