Early Childhood Lead Home-Based Provider
Lead Home-Based Provider
Be a Home-Based Provider Lead!
Leads are essential to the running of the Home-Based Provider Network. As a Lead Home-Based Provider, you will grow your facilitation and leadership skills, while providing professional development and support to home-based providers across New Mexico.
You will receive ongoing training with time to collaborate with expert peers and fellow home-based provider leads as well as professional support in a vibrant network of early childhood leaders.
As a member of the Early Childhood Networks Leadership Team, you will receive a generous stipend for a variety of duties, including the facilitation of eight monthly meetings with home-based providers, using a community of practice, cohort-based model.
Serving as a lead for the Home-Based Provider Network is a part-time job that requires roughly 5-15 hours per week. We are always seeking bilingual leads!
"It's often difficult to step back from the day-to-day work of being a program director, but being a part of the Early Childhood Director Network helps me carve out that time to connect with other early childhood education leaders, think more strategically about my work, and problem solve with people who understand my work and are there to share their expertise and perspective. I look forward to the Early Childhood Director Network meetings every month!"
