Lead Infant-Toddler Teacher
Be an Infant-Toddler Teacher Lead!
Leads are essential to the running of the Infant-Toddler Teacher Network. As a Lead Teacher, you will grow your facilitation and leadership skills, while providing professional development and support to infant and toddler teachers across New Mexico.
You will receive ongoing training with time to collaborate with expert peers and fellow lead teachers as well as professional support in a vibrant network of early childhood leaders.
As a member of the Early Childhood Networks Leadership Team, you will receive a generous stipend for a variety of duties, including the facilitation of eight monthly meetings with infant and toddler teachers, using a community of practice, cohort-based model.
Serving as a lead for the Infant-Toddler Teacher Network is a part-time job that requires roughly 5-15 hours per week. We are always seeking bilingual leads!
"As an infant-toddler teacher it feels like you don’t get the support and information you need. Being part of Infant-Toddler Teacher Network changed that. Being able to lead and facilitate that support is an honor and a privilege."
