Join the the Mentor Network!
We are a collaborative group of early childhood teachers who mentor students and educators across New Mexico. Our network provides mentor certification, professional development, community, and support from a network of expert peers and leaders.

Mentor Applications
All early childhood teachers with an associate’s degree or higher and three years of classroom experience are encouraged to apply.

Membership Requirements
- Early Childhood Mentors must have an AA Degree and 3 years of experience
- Infant-Toddler Pre-Mentors must be enrolled in an AA Degree OR plan to earn AA within 3 years
- Work in a 3, 4, or 5 STAR NMAEYC program
- Submit an application
- Résumé and reference letter from direct supervisor required as part of your application
- Attend 8 virtual meetings. One 90-minute meeting each month.
- Attend 2 in-person events (August and April)
- Submit a monthly documentation report
