Our Mentor Network is a collaborative group of early childhood professionals who mentor students and educators across New Mexico. Our mentor network provides mentor certification, professional development, community, and support from a statewide organization of expert peers and current leaders.

As a participant in our mentor network, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with the next generation of early childhood educators. Mentor certification serves as the cornerstone for the entire network, providing a foundational framework for leadership and professional development. It ensures that mentors are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and strategies to guide others effectively, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
