Early Childhood Spoke Manager
Spoke Manager
Be an Early Childhood Spoke Manager!
Spoke Managers are essential to the Early Childhood Networks. As a Spoke Manager you will grow your networking and leadership skills while providing community and connection for early childhood educators in your region and across New Mexico.
Spoke Managers recruit and support all programs within the Early Childhood Networks, running two annual events for our mentors, infant-toddler teachers, directors, and home-based providers.
As a member of the Early Childhood Networks Leadership Team, you will receive a generous stipend for a variety of duties, as well as time to collaborate and learn with fellow Spoke Managers as part of a vibrant network of early childhood leaders.
Serving as a Spoke Manager for the Early Childhood Networks is a part time job that requires roughly 5-15 hours per week. We are always seeking bilingual leaders for all programs!
“I love all that is available to so many in the field of early childhood through the Early Childhood Networks!”
Eligibility: Spoke Managers should have four years of early childhood experience, with at least two of those years as a director, assistant director, mentor, or other leadership role in the early childhood field. Spoke Managers come from across the state and represent ECN in their region, therefore connections to the local early childhood community, including a local college or university, are desired.
Applications Open: April 1 – June 15
Leadership Meetings Begin: July
